If the device and software are connected but the Live Test has not appeared on the screen, check that:

1. The spirometer turbine is spinning
2. The blue light of the handheld model (MiniFlow meter) is on
3. The MiniFlow turbine is correctly fitted to the meter (twist until it locks)

4. Ensure the turbine is inserted in the correct direction and fitted correctly into the miniflow meter by twisting it until it locks.

5. Ensure the patient is not blocking airflow through the turbine with their hand.
