No Preheating:
Check if door switch strike is broken? If so use a malteser size piece of blue tac to reattach so unit can continue being used until service can replace. Possible carbon build up on microswitch, connect 9V battery to either side of microswitch and open/close switch several times to clear carbon off contacts.
Water Drain Fault:
Algae growth in water level sensor. Remove and clean.
Drying issues:
Check customer is not running an unwrapped cycle when gods are actually packed. Check EV5 is working, if not replace.
Tank alarms:
Change max and minimum water level sensors.
EV5:
If air filter is still clean after many cycles, check the EV5 is working could be faulty?
EV2:
Check if water is moving through hose line after EV2 valve, if so valve is faulty.
Water fill issues:
Water filters from tap to clean tank could be clogged - replace.
Strange Pressure Readings:
Check hose from tank to pressure transducer, if there is green gunk, clean and clear.
Vacuum Faults/Insufficient pressure alarm:
Clamp hose line from EV6 to water tank, if vacuum then works change EV6 solenoid.
Check EV2 and chamber hooks.
Vac pumps can have torn diaphragms.
Door lock Issues:
Check wiring harness at door hinge for broken wires.
Coil alarms:
Change heater element if faulty.
Reset thermostat. If thermostat does not reset, separate case in two, check spring and parts, re position, reassemble and test.
Pressure alarm:
Check, door gasket & EV2.
