Cominox Leaking Steam from Door area

Resolutions

1) Door Seal - Check door seal for any damages or dirt. Clean the door seal or replace if it is damaged

2) Door Adjustment - Make sure the sterilizer is cooled down, then open the door.

                                     Unscrew the screw inside the hole on the left side of the door

                                     When screw is loose, the plate will be free to rotate.

                                     Turn the plate anticlockwise about ¼ of a turn or as required. 

                                     Tighten the Allen screw

                                     When closing the door, higher resistance should be felt.

                                     Test tightness by starting a new cycle

                                     Check that the message "Door locked" is displayed at about 0,700±0,100 bar in a VLS unit (if not, repeat the procedure).
