If you are experiencing issues calibrating your MIR device.
Please ensure you have the most recent updated version of firmware and software. Please follow the link attached.
If your firmware and software are up to date and issues are still unresolved, try using different turbines.
If you are using disposable turbines then try a reusable or vise-versa.
Check to see if your syringe calibration date is valid.
Check connection from turbine to syringe and adapter to syringe are air tight, not cracked or faulty.
If all of the above is ok, please send calibration results through for assessment.
